Using this Heather Everitt Embroidery website means that you agree to abide by the Delivery & Terms of use.

A placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Payment

Once payment has cleared, Heather Everitt Embroidery will dispatch your goods in accordance with our delivery conditions. You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when I have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time, I will retain title to the goods. I will contact you if there are any problems.

Prices quoted to you are the prices set at the time. If for any reason they are increased I will let you know by e-mail and inform you prior to processing your order.

For bespoke work

I will send you preliminary artwork for you to check and a pro forma invoice to agree terms. For banners and larger pieces, I require a 20% deposit on ordering. The full balance on delivery. 

All our items are handmade and unique. Some fine art items use vintage or old materials.

Colours and shades may vary due to differences in settings on monitors, printers or software. Please read descriptions and email any questions before you buy. Please visit the shop to check sizing if unsure, we can also offer you samples to take away and try. 

Please inspect the work immediately upon receipt and notify me by phone within three working days of delivery if the work is damaged.

Delivery

Costs in the UK are listed alongside the items on sale. Orders will be sent first class using Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Please check your goods when they arrive, any damages or shortfalls need to be made within two working days of their receipt.
Heather Everitt Embroidery cannot be held responsible for late or non-delivery caused by the postal system use, or for any reason beyond our control.

Customs Duty Charges

Please be aware that import charges may apply depending on your location, the weight of the parcel and value of goods. You as the importer are responsible for payment of any customs fees. If you are outside the EU please contact your local customs office for further information.
