Embroidered Poinsettia Brooch

Time: Class runs from 10.00 am till 4 pm.
This is class is suitable for those with more experience in machine embroidery.
Create a beautiful Poinsettia brooch in silk using your sewing machine.
Class Aim:
This class will use machine embroidery, satin stitch and free motion. The techniques of reverse applique will be explored as well as hand beading
All materials will be included, there will be a pool of beads, sequins and small pieces of fabric to use.
Please bring a pair of fabric scissors and some thread scissors if you have them.
Please make sure you sewing machine can do a zig zag stitch and you can lower its feed dogs for free motion embroidery. Also check your machine is in good working order with a new needle.
** Full payment is taken at the time of booking (this is non-refundable or transferable to a different class). However, if the class has to be cancelled you will of course receive a refund in full.
Tea, coffee and cake will be provided, but please bring a packed lunch. A sandwich van does visit the courtyard so this is also an option.
Free plentiful parking with charging for electric vehicles available at an additional cost.

Under 16’s must be accompanied by a participating paying adult.
